Equality between women and men is one of the European Union’s founding values, but unfortunately the gender balance is still one of the biggest issues for the economic recovery of our society.
One of the sectors most affected by this inequality is the ICT sector and the professions related to IT technologies.
Innovation Engineering is trying to fill in this gap by providing its skills for training, upskilling and reskilling and facilitating access to open positions to women passionate for new IT technologies in possession of at least one Java training course, with a business training plan that will provide in-depth study through theoretical and practical training for advanced and innovative software development.
