Semantic Web solutions and services

Innovation Engineering develops and provides to customers highly innovative semantic web solutions based on enterprise search and knowledge extraction tools. Our participation in R&D projects and our involvement in the production of the semantic search products such as INSEARCH, allow us to develop and integrate semantic web applications, aligned with the emerging web 3.0 concept.

Semantic Web Solutions provide sophisticate add-ons for the search engines, that allow to determine contents that are logically related and linked to the ones viewed.

Mobile Applications Development

Innovation Engineering is specialized in the development of mobile applications in different sectors such as environmental monitoring, fleet management, customer management, entertainment channels, and mobile communities.

Supporting customers in the organization of their knowledge bases and in their innovation processes means also creating Mobile Applications to access knowledge and systems from anywhere in the cloud, with any mobile device.

According with our philosophy, we develop mobile applications based on Open Source platform and operative systems, such as Android. We also follow and test the W3C standards, in particular HTML5, to create cross platform applications capable of offering all the features provided by a native one.

We realize applications for mobile devices with the aim of providing our customers with a global portability and accessibility to their systems.

CRM System

Customer relationship management (CRM)

In order to support SMEs in their business process and in the management of relations with their customers and suppliers, Innovation Engineering developed a customer relationship management (CRM) solution based on an open source web based platform: Sugar CRM.

This open source component is the basic provider of the main functionality like leads management, contacts managements, campaigns, managing interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects.
In our infrastructure CRM is fully integrated in the all Knowledge Management Process, and populated with data coming from the web layer. In other words it represents a Service Component of the Infrastructure in a Service Oriented Approach.

Our competences cover customization of the basic modules, integration of the services, extension of basic types and form, etc. Our solution leverages interoperability and integration with other platforms through the definition of a REST based customized:
